What would you do if I sang out of tune?

So a good friend of mine, Lia Kozatch lives and work in L.A. saw our CBP Show Episode "Wonderbread" and sent me this Facebook message:

Gobstopper Trailer

Howdy,

I was turned onto this video about a year ago. I found it extremely creative and apt for this time of year. While I think the trailer is hilariously brilliant, I can't imagine a whole movie like this.

Forums!

Some of you may notice that we have forums on the site now! This is an exciting endeavor that I hope will continue to grow. Soon, CBP will post a FAQ forum that may answer some questions about us, our films and the site itself. If you post, we will reply as soon as we can.

Thanks,
-Rob Out

Seasons' Greetings Part II: The Revenge

Howdy,

As clarification for the horror movies recommended, Steve told me to choose horror films best shown in a party setting. As Steve said, there are a great many wonderful and important horror films out there, but films for a party leave many in the dust. You can't very well show "The Mist" or "Nosferatu" in a party setting (Even though they're two of my favorites). So below are my picks for horror movies to party by.

-Evil Dead II (1987)
-Night of The Creeps (1986)
-Dawn of the Dead (Remake) (2004)
-Tales from the Darkside: The Movie (1990)
-Slither (2006)

Season's Greetings

Season's Greetings!

With Halloween right around the corner, I've been attempting to gorge myself with as much horror fiction as possible. I've been on a rejuvinated Stephen King kick and checking out monster movies left and right. Just today, I finally watched the recent "Trick or Treat", a nasty little gem that I enjoyed very much. It was refreshing to see a new horror anthology film and, despite the violent nature of the piece, a sense of fun that much of the recent horror releases seem to lack.

Coming together

Howdy,

Well things are coming together on the site. We can post movies now and will soon have pictures and press materieals up soon. Monty is still on his road trip. Word has it he recently went through Astoria, Oregon. That's right, THAT Astoria.

Before My sabatical...

Well, I'm glad to see the site up, and even happier to be putting my first ever update on the main page! Tonight the guys and myself will meet over dinner to discuss my TIN-HERO vid, as well as where we sit with future events. Stay-tuned!

New Material

Just following up on Rob's entry. At the moment, the following projects are being worked on:
- Posting the first 3 CBP Show episodes on this website
- A collabrative project between Rob and myself entitled "Alone Time"
- A CGI music vid from Monty
- An as of yet undetermined short from yours truley.

That last one is sort of a cheat, considering I have 10 or 11 shorts written that I haven't touched yet.

But, nevertheless, we're working hard to bring things up to speed and enter the new year with a fresh palate and a whole bunch of new, kick-ass projects!
