CBP Show Webisode 3: "Wonderbread"
We've decided to give you two new CBP Show episodes instead of just one. Episode 1: "Steve's Night Out" has been up on our Myspace for over two years and has been screened before. These two new episodes are our gift to you, proving that our promises weren't empty and thanks to the wizardry on Rick Destree, we now are able to make good on these promises. Thank you, Rick and thank you audience. We appreciate the support.
Like "The Sax Man", this episode was borne out of a piece of our childhoods, "The Wonder Years". All three of us enjoyed it growing up and it only made sense for us to comment on the lasting impression it left on our young minds. More specifically, the impression of Winney (Danica McKellar). She was the quintessential "Girl Next Door". Wholesome, smart and beautiful she encapsulates what every young boy wanted in a girlfriend...Now if it only wasn't for her unfortunate "Bread" appreciation.
As art imitates life, Monty has a real hatred for the band "Bread". Monty also has a recollection of a single episode of "The Wonder Years" in which Winney gives Kevin a bread album...which he hates. I, have never seen said episode, but Monty has assured me that Kevin's disgust is more than justified.
